Return Policy
Before you can return any product you must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
 
To qualify for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, the product(s) must be in a like-new, 100% resalable condition. It is the responsibility of the consumer to return the product to our warehouse within 60 days of the date of the order.  For an entire case of product to be accepted as a return, the case must be unopened and in its original condition with no damage.  Returned products are shipped at the customer's expense.  There is no refund on the original shipping costs.  All requests for a Return Authorization Number must be made within 7 days from the customer’s receipt of the package or such requests shall not be honored.  Returns which are postmarked within 7 calendar days of the customer’s receipt of the package will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  Returns which are postmarked more than 7 calendar days will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. We reserve the right to deny any credit if product or case appears to have been opened, damaged, or the integrity of the product or case is otherwise in question

When returning merchandise, you must follow this procedure:
 

 

1.  Include a brief letter which clearly states all of the following information:
Your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

Your Name
Your Address
Your Daytime Phone Number
Your e-mail address, if  you have one  

Photocopy of your Invoice             
Reason for returning the product(s).
Indicate whether you would like a refund* or an exchange.

 
Please note, refunds will be processed in the same method of payment, for example, an order charged to a credit card will be credited to the same credit card.  Refunds will be processed within 10 days of our receipt of the product(s) in a like-new, 100% re-sellable condition.
*Refunds will be given for merchandise only.  Shipping & handling charges will NOT be reimbursed.
 
2.  Package the product(s) securely in a quality container, and securely affix the letter containing all of the information listed in number 1, above.
 
3.  Ship the package insured* to the address set forth below:
